Amanda - Bio

Although young to be singing and dancing in front of throngs of producers, directors and casting agents, AMANDA's recently crafted DVD music video of FOREVER YOUNG, really sets the tone for what we can expect from her for many years to come.

At the ripe age of twelve, being in the lime-light is often a backyard affair, and can be a temporary interest. But not for AMANDA. AMANDA is head-cheerleader in this game called life, and hangs with none other than Michael Challenger, owner and producer of ANU Productions.

Since meeting Amanda just a few years ago, Michael has staged and choreographed events to show-case her talents, and according to Michael "she is one talented little dynamo who knows what she wants and goes for it.

Given several routines to follow, AMANDA quickly locked down the moves, and turned up the volume. Amanda's awards are already generating interest. Her three wins at iPOP Las Vegas 2007 proves she can stack up against the best of them.

Next up Amanda is aiming for the big screen ready to shoot movies or series, while continuing to complete school. Currently signed with Kirk Talent, the calls are coming in and call-backs attended.

WARREN LEE, her drama instructor, a twenty-year veteran, and a children's wrangler for locally shot productions, is simply impressed with the output of this energy bar. "Amanda is dedicated, and energetic. She puts all of Amanda into each role. Along with her sense of humour, she brings a lot of life into her characters".

This past year alone, he has seen AMANDA complete her schooling while compiling a 6 song CD, a music video FOREVER YOUNG, (produced by ANU Productions) and she was the lead in a recently staged private event for the entertainment industry.

Surrounded by a loving supportive family, AMANDA enjoys rehearsing with her two - three year old Maltese Poodle, and Shitsui Poodle named Jasper and Coconut respectively. Looking to her future, her challenge now is to become the bright light on stage. With her determined personality and desire to be in the spot-light, it won't be long before that happens. Her future looks very bright indeed.
